My son, Michael, has Autism and has been attending ESW for 15 years. It is always so wonderful to see how happy he is to go to ESW in the mornings! It gives his day purpose and some socialization with people his own age. He enjoys the methodical tasks presented to him each day. As a parent I am especially grateful that ESW provides my son with a clean and safe environment. The staff has always been professional, courteous, kind, and helpful. I highly recommend ESW for anyone who needs a supervised workplace.

Hassan has been attending since 2004. He has benefited greatly from attending ESW. He has a chance to socialize and work without being judged or criticized. He has friends and a peer group that he values. I really appreciate the special events and small parties they have. For example, the picnic they had in the early summer. Hassan really enjoys the special outings and treats with his peers. The staff is like our second family. They are always ready to assist and help. I could not trust a better group of people. They are caring and know Hassan’s routine and habits as well as I do. The staff is what makes ESW a friendly and amicable environment for all.

I like to learn how to follow the rules while at work and I learned how to do the work correctly. I feel happy while I’m at the workshop because I’m with my friends. I like all the staff

I like everyone that is training me to work, and I like all the jobs. I especially like the packing jobs. I made a lot of friends and I learned how to get along with my co-workers. I really like all the staff
